Best steak I’ve ever had. Dry aged with perfect marbling, and the whole fresh chickens are of the highest quality in at least 500km. Be here every week until my bones are dust in the ground.
Thorganic Farms products are excellent!! I have tried a variety, from their ground beef, to steaks, roasts and burgers - always a great experience! The staff is attentive and goes the extra mile, thank you!!
I purchased two packs of extra-lean ground meat from this farm, but they were anything but extra-lean. I did not post a review after openning the first pack, hoping that there was a mistake on labeling. However the 2nd pack was the same. After cooking, the separated fat (as shown in the 3rd attached picture) was excessive, worse than even regular ground meat in fat content. The chunky fat pieces seemed added rather than natural to the meat. This lack of quality and transparency is disappointing, especially from an organic farm.
